NowĀ Epiphone has partnered with the Gibson Custom Shop to create a new model thatĀ pays tribute to what Adam calls āone of my top favorite guitars of all timeā - hisĀ Silverburst 1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom. It has a three-piece maple neck with aĀ custom Adam Jones profile, an ebony fretboard, and a mahogany body with a mapleĀ cap. Finished in Antique Silverburst, it also features a Custombucker pickup in theĀ neck position and a Seymour DuncanĀ® DistortionĀ® in the bridge position, along withĀ CTSĀ® potentiometers and Orange DropĀ® capacitors. It also has a Gibson āopenĀ bookā headstock profile and even comes with a replica two-inch convex mirrorĀ included in the Deluxe Protector Series hardshell case.
